Carsten Morris founded this business in 2006, but his knowledge and values were shaped by four generations before him. Since the 1910s, each generation of men in our family has owned and operated their own construction business, passing down not just tools, but time-honored skills, practical wisdom, and a deep respect for quality workmanship—each learning the trade from the one before through hands-on experience and mentorship.

To the left is a photo taken in 2021 on one of our job sites, capturing four generations together—including Carsten’s son, who was just beginning his mentorship and starting his own journey into the trades.
